Thank you so much for shopping with The Coastal Crane. Every order truly means so much to us, and we know how exciting it is to have something special on the way.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, including promotional events and holidays, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Coastal Crane piece, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. We accept returns or exchanges of full-price merchandise and items purchased with a discount of less than 40%. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping costs.

FINAL SALE

Merchandise purchased with a discount of 40% or more is considered final sale and is not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin a return or exchange, email hello@thecoastalcrane.com with your order number, the item you would like to return and whether you are requesting a return or exchange. We will respond with further instructions.
